The Study of Labor Relations in Private Enterprises Based on Employee Benefits
Employee benefits of private enterprises have a significant role in easing labor disputes and improving labor relations,so it can be an effective index in the study of labor relations.The research of employee benefits within private enterprises shows that the level of employee benefits in sinall and medium-sized private enterprises is obviously lower than those in large-scale private enterprises and other economic forms of enterprise.Issues such as bad implemental effect of statutory employee benefits,low levels of signed labor contracts, IOW Ievels of labor security.is the main reasons for the destruction of harmonious labor relations in a considerable number of Private enterprises.This paper concludes that protecting the rights of statutory employee benefits should be the primary goal in order to enhance the harmonious degree of labor relations in private enterprises.
