Empirical Analysis on“BaotuanStrategy of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Zhejiang
Since the second half of 2007,the Financial crisis has been sweeping across the world.Meanwhile,many Small and Medium-Sized enterprises (SMEs) of Zhejiang Province in China try to deal with the existing problems and challenges on their way for development by adopting theBaotuan strategy.From the perspective of strategic alliance,the paper gives an insight into the“Baotuanphenomenon,for the purpose of providing constructive evidences and approaches to the further investigation of the Strategic Alliance strategy of SMEs.
