Research on Private Enterprise Internationalization under International Financial Crisis Background
This article primarily researches whether private enterprise（PE) needs internationalization，whether PE can internationalize.and how the PE goes about doing it.This has important practical significance especially under the current international financial crisis background.PE internationnalization not only has theoretic support but also actual support. as well. Compared with dominant internationalization. recessive internationalization is more urgent and feasible for PE.The financial Crisis has had a huge negative influence on the global economy,but to the PE that has had a Iong-term“premeditationto internationalize,this is actually as if it is a“the heaven-sent opportunity for“going global.While we consider that internationaiization resembles a double-edged sword，where opportunity and challenge coexist， the PE must think in depth，plan carefully,and do things within the Iimits of their own energy.If they do this,then its successful internationalization may go steadily and quickly.In addition， this article also gives suggestions for PE internationalization.
