Study on the Core Competence of Private Enterprise in Shandong Province
Core competence is the most important factor for enterprises.Private enterprises in Shandong Province have demonstrated many problems and shortcomings in core competence because of rapid development.Based on the present development situation of the private enterprises in Shandong province，this paper thoroughly analyzed the problems of core competence construction.At last，this paper expounds the approaches needed to construct core competence of the private enterprises in Shandong province.
