Analysis of Enterprise Modular Evolution Based on Competitiveness

摘要：

The rapid development of information technology prompts the theory that a firm’s modularity is used widely in economics，sociology and management science and other fields. The firm modularity theory ellriches enterprise theory.This paper briefly reviews the background of the firm modularity theory,then analyzes the evolution and development of modularization in perspective of industry convergence,value generation and the firm’s boundary,respectively.In this paper, the author argues that the evolution path is division-convergence-modularity and exists commonly.
