Study and Research on the Building of Private Enterprises’Mechanism of Breeding Social Responsibility：The Perspective from the Rights of Stakeholders

摘要：

Corporate social responsibility refers to the actions of an enterprise with regards to its social responsibility by exploration of kind the business operations that can stimulate stakeholders to provide all necessary resources to the enterprise to achieve the added value.This paper gives in-depth analysis of the relevant theories related to the power and interest of stakeholders and the social responsibility of private enterprises in order to create a model mechanism for cultivating the social responsibility of an enterprise from the perspectives of the rights and interests of the stakeholders.This paper states that the“active communicationbetween private enterprises and that between the enterprises and the stakeholders,as well as the“persuasive effortsfrom governments and other public organizations，play a key role in making the mechanism for the social responsibility of private enterprises sustainable and effective.
