The Cultivation and Innovati on of the Green Culture System in Private Enterprises of Southwest Zhejiang

摘要：

Because Southwest Zhejiang is an under-developed region，private enterprises lack a green culture which results in the economic efnciency of the enterprise. Social and environmental imbalances between the patterns restrict the healthy development of the enterprises.This paper analyzes conditions of the local enterprise‘s green culture.in order to force production through the government and enterprises，and to evaluate other measures that monitor the process of building a green culture system,to recognize the green culture of the enterprise as a value-added for the system to function effectively， and to establish a balance between the ecological balance，social， economic and cultural harmony,as well as the unity of the ecosystem.
