Research on Decision-making Mechanism and Path to Overcome TBT of Non-governmental EnterprisesStandardization Strategy
A standardization strategy overcomes technology barriers to trade by reducing technology gap， shortening the time for overcoming barriers to trade,and reducing transaction costs.Whether non-governmental enterprises implement the standardization strategy or not mainly depends on factors such as quantity and value of trading cargoes restricted by TBT， time spend for overcoming TBT，technology gap and impacts on international organizations of non-governmental enterprises’ standards.The strategy decision-making model based on income and costs puts forward that marginal returns and costs affect implementation of standardization strategy of nun-governmental enterprises.
