On the Cross-Border Merger and Acquisition of Private Enterprises under the New Environment

摘要：

The global financial crisis has hit Chinese private enterprises hard since 2008.But it is also a great opportunity for the excellent private enterprises.Many of them have actively participated in the cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A)in the hope of getting stronger in the international market.However,the weaknesses of private enterprises，as well as the inadequacy of government policy support result in a number of problems.We should get inspiration from past experiences and lessons in M&A,and private enterprises should strengthen their scientific strategies in M&A in order to be more successful in cross-border M&A.
