Research on Strategy of Small Private Enterprise Withdraws From the Market
After entering the era of knowledge economy.the environment that the enterprise development faces is getting more and more complex. Including the macroscopic environment,the political law,the market demand and competition.Moreover,the enterprise will change,for instance, the operation objectives will change，the product line and the competition status will change,and the financial situation as well.When the enterprise presents the following indications，for example：in the inferiority position，the raising operational risk, the diminishing cashes flow and the elevating financing pressure,and the crisis event.And the enterprise should choose the withdrawal strategy.through initiative or passive withdrawal way,circumvention risk,seek for new opportunity and seeks further develops.
