The HRST Status and Regional Comparison of the Private Technology——Based Enterprises in Zhejiang Province

摘要：

Technology plays a key role in a country’s competitiveness.Human resources in science and technology (HRST)are cruclal for the survival and growth of an enterprise. According to the quantity and structure，the research analyzes the HRST status of the private technology-based enterprises in Zhejiang Province and designs an HRST evaluation index system for them.Besides，with principle component analysis， this paper evaluates the HRST level for the private technologybased enterprises of 11 cities in Zhejiang province and provides the relevant suggestions.
