Private Business Companies and Migrant Workers in Yiwu China
Since the Introduction of economic reform in late 1978.rural China has undergone an impressive economic transformation.During this process，private business companies have made great contributions.Yiwu is a rural county in Zhejiang.In this paper,three phases of development of private companies in Yiwu are identified.The primary driring forces behind Yiwus rapid development are vitality of private business companies and mobility of migrant workers. Though private companies and migrant workers are still facing some troubles，public management and social policies benefiting private entrepreneurs and migrant workers will help prevent and solve the problems.
