The Comparison of the Private Enterprises in Westem and Eastern China on their Awareness and Performance of the Corporate Social Responsibility

摘要：

Based on the questionnaire survey conducted in Shanxi and Zhejiang provinces China,we found that difierences of the private enterprises on their awareness and performance of the Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)in the two provinces exist and the difiefences on their CSR performance are significant.The causes of the difierences Iie in the uneven development of the enterprises and economies in Shanxi and Zhejiang,in addition to the regional social culture differences of the two provinces,which are important factors.
