The Strategy Research on Growth of Wenzhou Private Enterprises and Optimization of Factor Capital Structure
Since the reform and opening policy of China, Wenzhou private economy has accomplished remarkable achievements.But，Wenzhou private enterprises have been faced with“the growing painsfor the past few years.Therefore,the academic members have begun to pay more and more attention to the research on cultivating the sustainable growth abilities of private enterprises.This article first reviews the prior Iiterature about enterprises growth and factor capital on which is constructed a new optimization mode of the factor capital for private enterprises sustainable growth.In the end,the article separately puts forward the realization ways to optimize and promote private enterprises factor capital structure according to the difierent situations of the large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises.
