Research on Evaluating Internal Control of Private Enterprise Based on BP Neural Network

摘要：

Internal control evaluation plays an Important role on improving enterprise Internal control and management emciency,NOW,the main way of private enterprise internal control evaluation is qualitative,not the quantitative.This paper uses BP neural network to evaluate private enterprise internal control.First,an internal control evaluation indicator svstem is established based on the five elements which COSO report mentioned.then enterprise internal control evaluation modelis set up based on BP neural network theory,and train it by the NNT of MATLAB 7.0.finally,the model is venfied by 3 same type enterprises’data.
