A Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Regional Human Resources Management——An Empirical Study from the Employees’Perspective
Based on the arialysis of 2025 anonymous questionnaires, the evaluation approaches and models of the regional human resources management (HRM) were studied from the employees’perspective. The factor analysis indicated that there were potential and essential relations among the HRM evaluation indexes, which could be summarized as three categories,i.e.macrostructure,institlltional structure and microstructure.and be iucluded to construct the integrated HRM evaluation model.Within the model, the investigated areas were evaluated.and the validity of the model was verified. The results demonstrated that(1)the overall level of HRM in Taizhou Municipality was low, illustrated by problems such as the deficient regional environment, the relatively low pay level, and weak employee training;(2)variations in the HRM level existed between various counties, cities or districts, the urban areas being superior to the suburban ones, and a significant negative correlation was observed between economic development level and the comprehensive evaluation of the local area.
