Enhancing the Competitive Advantage of Private Economy Based on the Perspective of Value Chain
The current global financlal crisis creates trouble for China’s real economy，especially numerous private economies with lower value-added products that suffered from huge losses. Private economy is a source of the growth of economic vitality and employment of a nation，therefore it is the most urgent task to enhance the competitive advantage of private enterprises in order to cope with financial crisis and expand the domestic demand.Based on the method of value chain analysis， this paper analyzes the present situation of value management of the existing private economy，gives a guide to private enterprises to change their management objective and behaviour from pursuing maximum profits to pursuing maximum value appreciation，and stresses the value management to create the competitive advantage.
