Information-based Entrepreneurship：A Strategic Choice for the Development of Chinese Private Economy

摘要：

In an era of economic Informatizatlon,Information based entrepreneurship is promoting the development of Chinese private economy in a particular way.However,Chinese private economy has Sufiered serious impacts due to the current global financiaI crisis.Under such circumstances，how to make the private economy out of difficulties as soon as possible.is indeed an important strategic choice which must be made by Chinese private enterprises.This paper focuses on analysis of the mechanism of promoting the private economy by means of information-based entrepreneurship. Meanwhile， from the strategic perspective of promoting the Chinese private economy by means of information-based entrepreneurship，it puts forward some new development strategies such as informationbased entrepreneurship in agriculture.in manufacturing and in service industry,as well as information-based entrepreneurship by university graduates,by farmers and by laid-off workers，and the re-entrepreneurship of private enterprises，all in an attempt to provide some creative thoughts for the development of Chinese Private economy under the new sitnation.
