Study on Intellectual Property Protection System of Private Economy

摘要：

The private economy is a necessary component of the Chinese socialist market economy.With the development and perfection of the Chinese socialist economy，many problems of Intellectual property protection ensue and limit the growth of the private economy.This essay discusses the immanent cause of these problems from the angel of economics and the science of law and puts forward a proposal for establishing the framework of intellectual property protection for the private economy.
