Policy Options for Accelerating the Development of China’s Private Economy

摘要：

Reviewing three decades of reform and opening up of China.we have witnessed the tremendous contributions of China’s private economy to GDP，particularly to fixed assets investment and creation of employment opportunities for urban residents.It has become the main driving force for China’s economic growth.This paper reviews development of private economy since China’s reform and opening-up，analyzes the constraints faced by the private sector.and then proposes several policies to accelerate its development,including transforming mode of economic growth，releasing the barriers of entry to certain industries，and increasing financial support to China’s private sector.
