Empirical Analysis of TBT Impacting on China’s Vegetable Export：A case of Spinach Export to Japan

摘要：

China’s vegetable export volume increases rapidly. However,it has been continuously hindered by TBT.In this paper,exporting spinach to Japan as a case,impact of change of standard for Japan’s Chlorpyrifos MRL was evaluated by the gravity model.The results showed that China’s spinach export would reduce 0.37％if MRL of Chlorpyrifos in Japan decreased 0.0001,and China’s related standard change didn’t have much influence on spinach export.Finally，some suggestions on how to deal with TBT were given from aspects of government,industry and enterprise.
