Workable Competition in Export Credit Insurance Industry in China——an Analysis Based on SCP Paradigm
Marketization of the export credit insurance industry remains a controversial issue in China.Based on the examination of China’s export credit insurance market with SCP Paradigm,the present article proposes that the introduction and promotion of workable competition in the industry will fundamentally change firm conduct and improve market performance.It points out that the export credit insurance industry should be divided into two types of businesses(i.e., natural monopoly business and contestable business)，and the government ought to apply different regulation policies to the two types of businesses so as to control the marketization process of the export credit insurance industry.
