The SWOT Analysis for Ningbo’s Development of Reverse Logistics

With the rapid development of modern logistics and enhancing environmental awareness of government and the customers，reverse logistics is arousing more and more attention step by step.This article sufficiently analyses the development of reverse logistics in Ningbo by using SWOT analytical method and makes some useful suggestions combined with the reality of Ningbo.
