Resource Needs of Enterprises and Entrepreneurship Research

摘要：

Enterprises need corresponding resources in the process of growth，including tangible resources and intangible resources；Entrepreneurs，who get resources for enterprise by giving full play to their own capacities，play a centre part in the process of business growth.Enterprises need difierent sources at different stages of growth，so，entrepreneurs should have different capacities at different stages of growth.In order to ensure a healthy and rapid development of enterprises，there needs to be strong entrepreneurs and to make the entrepreneurship ln the growth of business achieve its fuilest play.
