Study on Spiral Mode of Skilled Talent Development Based on Knowledge Management

摘要：

Both knowledge management and skilied talents’ development are hot strategic topics at present，but study on integration of this two areas is scarce.Based on previous studies, this paper tries to propose a theoretical mode for using knowledge management method to develop skilied talent,and further introduces the measures on applying in small and medium enterprises.
