Study on the System of CEO’s Core Competence
What should be CEO’s core competencies?How to evaluate the core competencles of a CEO? This article started from the relation between enterprises competitive advantage and CEO’s strategic objectives，explored the two problems，and then put forward the following idea. Enterprise’s core competitiveness is the CEO capacity as the source which drives enterprises to generate sustained competitive advantage.The CEO’s core competence system is made up of learning ability， innovation ability，integration of operating ability and the ability of creating a corporate culture.This nrticle establishes an evaluation system of the core capability of CEO and points out the basic iden of evaluating the CEO’s core competence.
