The Analysis on the Competitiveness Power of the Private-owned Banks in ZheJiang Based on the Diamond Model

摘要：

As the continuous deepening reform of state-owned banks and the comprehensive access of the foreign banks，the private-owned banks are facing unprecedented challenges.To foster and enhance the competition has been the inevitable choice for the private-owned banks to seek survival and sustainable development in the highly competitive market environment.Therefore，discussion on the market competitions and upgrading of the status of private-owned banks in Zhejiang province is of great significance.This paper will first study the status of private-owned banks in Zhejiang province,and then analyse the competition problems of private-owned banks in Zhejiang based on Porters diamond model theory，and propose Ways to enhance the competitiveness of the privateowned banks. This paper contributes to the further development and promotion of private-owned bank in Zhejiang province and even in our country.
