The Report on the Sample Survey about the Patent Adoption Status in Zhejiang Province
In this paper,we analyzed the adoption status of the authorized patents in Zhejiang province，based on the 4385 pieces of the patents that are owned by the companies,colleges & universities，individuals and academic institutes in Zhejiang province.According to the analysis,we found that the rank of the patent adoption from high percentage to the low was the companies，individuals，academic institutes，and colleges & universities.The economic benefit of the patents owned by the colleges & universities is (the) lowest.
