The Effects of Pay for Performance in“ShushingFirms

The firms in Zhejiang province include the businessmen and clusters of firms that are established in Zhejiang province in China.The group of Hewing firms is the largest group,the most widespread,the strongest and has the largest influences in China.According to the pay preferences principle and Lazear’s sorting model,this article discusses the effects of the compensation system in the firms in Zhejiang province.It discusses the firms’accounting practices and the methods used to measure these effects.
