The Enrolment Rate of Unofficial Chambers and Its Influenc ing Factors——A Study on Wenzhou Business Associations

摘要：

Surveys show that the enrolment rate of unofficial Chambers, with Wenzhou business associations as the representatives，has no essential difference from that of official ones，and that the key factors influencing the rate are not their generation type，but the boundary of clubs， heterogeneity of industrial enterprises，governance mechanism and service standard.Therefore,legalizing “One-Industry-MultiAssociations. constructing federal chambers,perfecting governance mechanism and improving service standard may increase the rate.
