Empirical Study of the Influence of Entrepreneur Cognition on the Institutional Change in Family Business
In this paper.the test based on 110 small and medium sized family businesses located in Jiangsu,Shanghai and Zhejiang Province was conducted by Spearmans rank correlation test and Wilcoxon signed-rank test to confirm the connection between entrepreneurs’ value of innovation, innovation motive,innovation quality and the institutional change in family business.The result shows that value of innovation.innovation motive,and innovation quality of entrepreneur have significant effect on openness of management Of family business.and low degree of“family firstof entrepreneur9 preference of achievements and high innovation quality mean high openness of management.However,value of innovation.innovation motive,and innovation quailty of entrepreneur have few effect on ownership openness of family business.
