The Experimental Research of SMR/SBR Inner Tube with RIIR

摘要：

Application of SMR/SBR inner tube with the IIR reclaimed rubber were investigated in the paper. The mechanical properties such as strength, hardness and Mooney viscosity of the materials were measured. The results showed that Elongation at break and tear strength decreased a little, while tensile strength,Viscosity, the air tightness and hardness are improved by adding RIIR in SMR/SBR ,which can accelerate the curing speed of the materials under room temperature. The results indicated that RIIR in SMP/SBR formula can meet the requirement of the processing technology of tube compound.
