Design and Development of User-Defined Modeling Software Based on Configuration Technique
With the rapid development of electric power system, more and more new equipments and new control devices are put into use in power system. Increasing the opening modeling ability of simulation software and providing graphic User-Defined Modeling(UDM) software module with rich flexibility, great expansibility, easy maintenance and friendly GUI become one of the most import features of modern simulation software to develop. Meanwhile, most present simulation software cannot meet the above requirements. In this paper, the UDM software design concept based on configuration concept and its the UDM software design concept based on configuration technique is proposed and the realization in Power System Software Package (PSASP) is also illustrated in detail. The UDM software introduced here is a universal, extendable, easily maintainable graphical modeling system based on configuration technology. By analyzing the common features of configuration software and the special requirements of UDM software, and extracting the basic features of the UDM software, a configuration platform to configure these features is built. The design concept, basic components and implementation process of the software is discussed in this paper through three key aspects of configuration including graph configuration, data configuration and function configuration.
