Development for Illuminating Lamp System with Plug using Power White LED Module
We have developed new power white LED module using with large power LED chips of red, green and blue, each of which is a 1 mm square as against conventional small-power chips of some 0.3 mm square, mounted on a dedicated Trinity module substrate. Different from the conventional light emitting method that produces an artificial white color by combining a blue LED and a fluorescent material for wavelength change, this new method can produce a high-quality white color almost similar to natural light. This report will in the first place discuss the making of the power white LED module and its electrical, thermal and optical characteristics and then discuss the arranging and producting of the plug-type illuminating lamp system that incorporates the power white LED module.
