Evaluation of load forecast technique for isolated small-scale system
(0) In recent years, the distributed generators using natural power sources to reduce a burden of the natural environment are implemented in electric power systems. The distributed generators are expected as a new electric power supply system to an isolated small-scale system. The system operator needs to schedule the optimal operation plan by the forecasting loads when the new system is operated. The authors proposed a load forecasting technique for isolated small-scale systems, such as isolated island. The proposed technique is used regression analysis. To demonstrate the technique, numerical examples are shown.
