A Survey on Wind Power Intermittence and Fluctuation in Power Systems
In this paper, the recent researches considering wind power intermittence and fluctuations are discussed and investigated. Firstly, researches on power system planning with significant wind power incorporation are issued. Secondly, the reliability evaluation considering the intermittence and uncertainties of wind power is presented. Then the influences of wind power fluctuation on power system voltage stability and control are addressed. Finally, frequency stability considering wind power fluctuation is discussed.
