Research and Application of the Price Analytical Calculation System of Real-time Purchasing Electricity for the Power Grid Considering Energy-saving Generation Dispatching Mode
The paper analyzes the present situation that the cost of the purchasing electricity for the power grid is difficult to real-time grasp accurately, and points out the importance that the operation staffs accurately control the cost of real-time purchasing electricity, then proposes an integrated decisionmaking model to achieve the trans-provincial or trans-regional short-term electric power trade by the accurate analytical calculation of real-time purchasing cost under the mode of energy-saving generation dispatch, and describes in detail the structure and main functions of real-time purchasing electricity price analytical calculation system for the power grid, and shows the innovation of the system in putting the marginal cost of realtime purchasing electricity calculation into the assessment of short-term trade and the practical features of the data automatic optimization and the system maintenance-free. At present, the system mentioned in the paper has already been applied into Sichuan power grid, the results show that the practicality and effectiveness of the system.
