Research and Development of Multi-level Distributed Online Data Platform
Information systems are often isolated with each other in power dispatching centers because of different computer technology and development practice. This paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of two typical data resources, namely multilevel online EMS data and offline data. Then a novel multi-level distributed online data platform is set up through integration of the two typical data resources, based on which, changes in different connecting regional grids could be adapted automatically, and integrated data which includes detailed models and always keeps consistent with current online operating status is provided as well. In practices of the State Power Dispatching Center, detailed and accurate data is provided for online analysis of large-scale power grids, which verified that the proposed technology of data integration is feasible and makes a good effect.
