Research on Reliability of Power Communication Network
As one of the national special communication networks, power telecommunication network is an essential part of the power system, and its reliability is related to the safety and stability of the power grid operation. This paper introduces the basic concepts and indicators regarding the reliability of communication network, gives a minimum-path-sets-based method (T-MP) to evaluate the reliability of electric power communication network, and develops the corresponding algorithm. Based on this algorithm, an analysis on reliability of the typical power fiber-optic communication network is conducted by considering the node and link statuses comprehensively, and then the conclusions are drawn.
