Study on the Communication Technical Scheme of Against Disaster and Disaster Recovery in China Power Grid

摘要：

The paper introduces the power grid damage of Hunan province in China of the January 2008, and analyzes the effect of the ice and snow disaster on power grid communication networks. The current emergency communication technology is studied, and the ability of emergency communication technology against disaster is evaluated. The paper proposes the technical scheme of emergency command communication platform, and the strategic communication network measures for power grid safety production services.
