Nonlinear Control of Direct Current Governor System Using Robust Right Coprime Factorization Approach

In this paper, a nonlinear control approach of direct current governor system using robust right coprime factorization is proposed and approximation of differential element is utilized. In general, it is impossible to construct differential element for practical systems because the output of differential element is pulse function when the input is step function. However, differential element appears in the controller design of direct current governor system. Therefore, a right coprime factorization approach considering differential approximation is proposed for direct current governor system. Meanwhile, robust stability of right coprime factorization system and tracking control are considered. Finally, the simulation result shows the effectiveness of the proposed design method.
