How to Guard Against the Enterprises Financial Risk during Its Start-up Period

In the start-up period of an enterprise, the enterprise not only bears technical risk, market risk, and management risk, but also undertakes financial risk. Under the fluctuating and vulnerable economic and financial environment, it is necessary for the entrepreneurial enterprise to develop the operational approaches to control its financial risk. This paper starts from the characteristic of the financial risk, then carries out discussion on manifestation of the financial risk, and finally brings forward several effective measures to guard against financial risk.
