Political Connections and Financial Activities: A Research Framework

摘要：

Researchers has not agreed on what and how political connections take the action on firms. Financial management is the center of management. Investment, finance and allocation are the basic financial activities and it will be a good view points of research on explanation the above questions. First, just from this view point we present a research framework. Second, based on the review of the literature, we summarize the effect of political connections on firms investment, financing and performance. These two can attribute to our contribution.
