Summary of the Study on Evaluation of the Real Estate Bubble in China

摘要：

This paper analyzes the reason how the real estate bubble forms, describes the measuring methods of the real estate bubble, and reviews the early warning indicators and models of real estate. Through all of the above, this paper summaries the research findings in this field, which is significant to the healthy development of real estate market.
