The Prevention Against Legal Risks in State-owned Enterprises: A View from the Bankruptcy of Sanlu Company

摘要：

There are many reasons for the quick bankruptcy of Sanlu Company, which was a large enterprise and had several hundred million dollars worth of assets. One of the important reasons is the lack of prevention mechanism against legal risks in State-owned enterprises. The bankruptcy of Sanlu Company is a wake-up call for all the state-owned enterprises in respect of the prevention against legal risks.
