The Evaluation on Technological Innovation and Its Countermeasure Research for SMEs

Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises(SMEs) have to im prove the capability of technological innovation in order to survive under current environment. Compared with large-scaled enterprises,SMEs are in a disadvantageous position because of self-development defects and scarcity other resources in China. Therefore,it has great significance for SMEs to improve the capability of technological innovation continuously. This article constructs evaluation index system of technological innovation and uses Fuzzy Synthetical Evaluation Method to evaluate the capability of technological innovation for SMEs. At last,it proposes some solution to improve the ability of technological innovation for SMEs.
