The Discussion of Hubei High-tech Industry Technology Innovation Policies

The high-tech industry is a fastest growing industry in China. But the high-tech industry dev elopment are de pendent on government policies. In this paper,the authors divide the high-tech industry’s technology innovation policies into three parts: strategic policies,direct pelicies and environmental policies. Then the writers analysos the experience the application of technology innovation policies in British’s high-tech industry. At last,as empirical of Hubei high-tech industry,the writers put forward the policy recommendations that government should layout reasonably so as to make clear the development direction of high-tech industry,strengthen sup pert so as to promote important high-tech industries’technology innovation capability establish a perfect service platform so as to optimize high-tech industry’s development environment.
