The Dynamic Relationship of Institutional Innovation,Technological Innovation and Economic Development: From the Angle of Progressive Evolution of Economic Cycle
The relationship of institutional innovation,technological innovation and economic development is one of problems we discussed in new institutional economics. North’s“institution decision theory holds the opinion that the rela tionship of the three was invariable,but the fact is not this case. It can be thought that the relationship of the three is the development change based on W. C. Mitchell’s economic cycle theory from the angle of economic cycle progressive evolution and puts forward the economic scenario division of economic cycle and that economic scenario can convert mutually. The division of economic scenario is regulated by economic development that leads to different relationship in different economic scenario,which means the relationship of the three is the development change. The development change of the three is the direct reason for promoting economic scenario evolution and practical analysis for mutually converting economic scenario from 1967 to 2008,therefore,the development relationship of the three is more distinct.
