To improve agricultural organizations through innovation on organizations is the internal requirement of deepening the agricultural reform under new situations,reflecting contradictory interactions between productivity and production relations. And it is an inevitable choice for China to fasten agricultural industrialization and realize the second advancement of China agriculture.
