A Model of Service Innovation Based on the View of Company/Customer Interface
Service innovation has become the key of service industry and even the national economy development with the booming of service economy in the world. However,because of the unique of service,service innovation is different from the general technology innovation in the creating system,performing and so on. This paper analyzes the service’s properties and its innovation procedure,explores the unique role which the company/customer in terface in the service producing plays in the procedure of service innovation,and gives a model of service innova tion based on the forming of this interface,which pro rides a theory foundation for researching the inner rules and management meaning of service innovation.
